This position exists to champion the highest standards of health and safety across client sites. By proactively identifying hazards, supporting compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the Health & Safety Officer plays a pivotal role in safeguarding wellbeing and strengthening client confidence in SWS’s, and their own, commitment, to safety excellence.
Above all, candidates must be driven, conscientious, and eager to learn and develop. Even if current qualification levels do not fully meet the criteria, SWS is willing to consider applicants who demonstrate the right mindset, attitude, and fit for both the business and our clients.
This position may be available on either a full-time or part-time basis. It may also be suited to graduate candidates who are seeking a 6- or 12-month placement with the potential for ongoing employment. SWS is committed to offering flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model, for suitable candidates. In essence, SWS is open to considering any form of employment if the candidate proves to be a good fit for the business. Various negotiable packages are available to accommodate individual needs.
